This home located in the Oakbrook neighborhood was the smallest, oldest-looking kitchen ever.  Home to a large young family that has roots in the Midwest. They wanted, and needed a large open floorplan kitchen. One that had a warm and welcoming farmhouse style.  That's what they achieved after careful planning and working with Design First Kitchen and Bath.

First time home buyers in the Oakbrook neighborhood

This darling couple moved to Littleton from Michigan to start their new jobs. The house was built in the 80s and is located in a great neighborhood for kids and new families.  The space needed to remove one wall and redesign the kitchen to allow for a large island, a desk area, and a large peninsula. This couple had their first baby shortly after the remodel was complete and are thoroughly enjoying this spacious kitchen.

Located deep in a Littleton neighborhood, this home has become a true gem.  Two stories, built in the 70s, and needed a new kitchen in the worst way. Two walls separated the tiny kitchen from the dining room and the living room.   Now a completely open floor plan for this young couple, their friends, and family that visit regularly.

As a retired active couple this remodel was necessary to accommodate family members and grandchildren visiting.  Adding the dining room in a different area meant that visually there had to be some "connection" made.  An important design feature for our designer.

This comfortable early 70's home had a very small kitchen and the wall of the kitchen was the back wall of the living room.  These homeowners were opening things up!  Remodeling the kitchen and adding an exterior door to their patio. This couple is active, they entertain both inside and outside. The space had to become an open floorplan.

This family plans to live in this home for some time.  They are young professionals, their parents live a couple of doors down the street.  The home is in a wonderful neighborhood for kids, schools, and to grow into.  The kitchen, dining room, and den all had walls that separated them.  Two walls come down, and structural work had to be done and flooring.  It was a large remodel that turned out beautifully.

As you walk into this beautiful open floorplan home, your breath is literally taken away.  The hardwood floor leads your eye to the expansive kitchen and island.  Traditional and popular, the white shaker style cabinets are made by Waypoint. This kitchen is open and ready for entertaining.
Located in the Eagles Nest subdivision in Franktown, Colorado the plans were purchased by the homeowner from Design Engineering, Inc.  The homeowner had a vision of what she was hoping to achieve. Hope's Centennial Kitchen Remodel

This home built in the eighties and located squarely in a well-established neighborhood and was ready for this kitchen upgrade.  
Our clients, The Hope's had some of their ideas naturally, then working with Trip he added a few professional design features and the kitchen is a real "show stopper".  With beautiful cabinets, creative backsplash, and granite. with some quartz to show different areas of the kitchen countertops.

This kitchen didn't change in size it just changed in layout.  The new cabinets  added much more storage, the live edge bar added breakfast seating.  The new layout and style added an enormous difference for this 1980's family home.

This kitchen needed an update in the worst way.  The owners of the house were doing a fair amount of the remodeling themselves. They followed our plan and it was completed flawlessly.  She took her time to communicate every little detail that she wanted in her design ....and so it was.   A super great couple to work with, we loved that attention to detail. 

Gold King Way-Kitchen

Located in Breckenridge, Colorado this large cabin was custom built.  Shown are  the "elephant" logs that are meant to be the focal point of the home.  The detail in the wood work is remarkable. The kitchen is open to the living room with the logs being the main statement pieces in the home. Trip Butler was requested to bring the vision of Beverly Voss, of Design One Interiors, to life in one of her North Denver home interior remodeling projects.  The cabinetry she chose featured a traditional door style with a Super White w/ Dull Gray Glaze finish from the Intuitive Cabinetry line offered by Interior Intuitions.

This master bathroom was virtually unusable.  The patio home was built in the 70's, the shower was smaller than normal.  The overall room is very small, the customer needed to have a private shower but not cut back on space by adding walls or a door. The smoked shower glass makes this small master shower private and exclusive. The project had to be completed in a very short time; in between busy seasons.  Of course it had to be accurate and within budget the first time.

This Highlands Ranch home was beautifully kept and only needed updating.  The customer changed the look and feel of this home by updating all of the bathrooms and kitchen.  The granite, backsplash, lighting, sinks, and fixtures. The flooring and freestanding tub.  The updates made this already remarkable home, gorgeous.

In this home it was time to remodel all bathrooms.  The customer was active in selecting colors, finishes and granite.  Each space had its challenges as the home was built in the 70's. Parker Colorado Master Bath remodel

This home in Parker, CO is a beautiful layout that needed several rooms updated. The customer decided to start with the master bathroom.  Removing the carpet, framed in shower with a leaking Plexiglas shower pan and sunken tub.  Maintaining the warm traditional look and feel of the master bedroom using a darker stain vanity and granite. Adding a stand alone tub, a glass enclosed curbless shower made this master bath feel just like a private spa.

Highlands Ranch Master Bathroom

This 1980-ish master bathroom was in dire need of remodeling.  The customer was newly pregnant and they needed to get this bathroom remodel done before the new baby arrived.  She chose the glass accent tiles and off we went with the design.  The budget was unbelievably tight, we made it work with some give and take from every provider.  It turned out beautifully.   

Small Jack n Jill Bathroom Highlands Ranch, CO

Small Jack and Jill bathroom needed an "up-do" to allow for a expanding family.  This compact bathroom required custom cabinetry built to exact measurements of our design.  The project came in on budget and done within 3 weeks.  Our customer was super happy and hired us to do their master bathroom.  Loved recreating this space and working with this client!

This master bath customer wanted the largest shower she could have and a clean contemporary look.  She requested heated floors, a bubble massage tub and more storage.  

Littleton Home kitchen remodel

This traditional Litllteton home is adorable.  The home was built in the 60s and is home to a couple that now hosts their children and their families.  The kitchen was small but with the remodel, we were able to add storage space and beautiful details for the active cooks.  THe shaker style and colors are represented throughout the house.
